How should you write the name?
MocoSpaceCam, one word, at mocospacecam.com. People also write MocoSpace Cam or add Chat at the end, and all of those mean this video chat site. The name says what we are about: the space where people come to chat, with the camera on.
One thing worth knowing: we never ask for payment details before you have tried the site, and we never message you asking for your password. A page or a message that does either is not from us. Forward it to support and we will look into it.
Who is allowed to use the site?
You have to be 18 or older to use MocoSpaceCam. That rule is part of our Terms of Service, it covers guests as well as members, and accounts that break it are closed when we find them. If you meet someone who looks or says they are younger, end the chat and report it straight away.
Clean conversation is the other half. Nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate and spam are not allowed in matches, calls, streams or clubs. Club owners can remove members, and our team removes accounts.
Where does the money come from?
Through optional coins and VIP. Everyone starts free: new users get free matches, and the Reward Center at the top of the match screen gives out more for time spent online, several times a day. Once those are used, a match costs coins. VIP, a paid membership with a few extras, is entirely optional.
Prices are shown before you buy, and coins are an in-app currency only, with no cash value. The privacy policy explains what information the site keeps and why.
Promises we make in writing, and claims we avoid
Some things are fully in our hands, so we promise them. Others no video chat can honestly guarantee, so we say so.
- We promise: clear rules, a report button in every chat, a support inbox that answers, an exit that is always one tap away, and a free start with every price on screen before you pay.
- We will not pretend: that every stranger is pleasant (that is what skip and block are for), or that a website can stop someone recording their own screen. Behave on camera as if it could be saved.
- We are not a dating agency. MocoSpaceCam is for conversation. Where a good one leads is up to the two of you.
