MocoSpaceCam Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the team that runs MocoSpaceCam at mocospacecam.com. They are written to be read, not skimmed past, and each section covers one topic. If you have a question about any of them, email [email protected] before you use the service.

By opening a chat, creating an account or buying anything on MocoSpaceCam, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. Not comfortable with them? Then please stay off the service. The terms apply to every part of it, including the website, the home screen version, random matching, profiles, messages, live streams and clubs.
You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. This applies to guests and members alike. You may not use the service if we have previously removed you, or if using it would break the law where you are.
If we have reason to believe someone is under 18, we will close their access. If you meet someone who appears to be a minor, end the chat and report it.
You can start as a guest, without signing up. Some features need an account, including browsing, joining and creating clubs. You are responsible for what happens under your guest session or account, so keep your login details to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else has access.
Give accurate information when you sign up, and one account per person, please. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented or handed to someone else.
MocoSpaceCam is for friendly conversation. The following are not allowed anywhere on the service, whether in matches, calls, messages, streams or clubs:
Clubs are group chats created and run by members. Club owners can set rules for their club and remove members who break them, as long as those rules do not conflict with these terms. Each new club is checked before members can find it. We may remove a club, or change its owner, if it breaks these terms.
Live streams are run by hosts on the service. As a viewer you may watch, comment, send gifts and request a private call, within the same conduct rules. Starting a stream is not open to users.
MocoSpaceCam is free to start. New users receive some free matches, and the Reward Center can give out more for time spent online. The amounts are set by the system and may change. After free matches are used, matches cost coins. Coins also pay for gifts. VIP is an optional paid membership with its own benefits.
Coins are a licence to use features of the service, not money. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts, and may not be resold. Every price is on screen before the payment step. If a purchase goes wrong, contact us with the details and we will look into it in line with applicable law.
You keep ownership of the photos, text and videos you post. By posting them you allow us to store, display and transmit them as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile photo to people you match with. You confirm you have the right to post what you share.
We may remove anything that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to remove.
We may warn, suspend or close any guest session or account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk or damages the service. In serious cases we may do this without warning. Coins in a closed account are lost when the closure is due to a breach of these terms.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected].
We work to keep the service running and pleasant, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that every person you meet will behave well. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for your own safety when talking to people you do not know.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Consumer rights that the law says cannot be waived stay fully in place, whatever these terms say.
As MocoSpaceCam changes, these terms may change with it. When they do, the date at the top changes, and significant updates are flagged on the site. If you keep using the site after an update, the updated terms are the ones that apply. Questions, complaints or legal notices go to [email protected].
