MocoSpaceCam What We Collect
The rules live in the privacy policy. This page is the inventory: each kind of information MocoSpaceCam collects, why the service needs it, and what you can do about it. If something you expected is missing, or something here surprises you, email [email protected].

What: a random identifier created when you first open the site, stored in your browser.
Why: so the site recognises you as the same guest from page to page and can give you your free matches without asking you to sign up.
Your control: clearing your browser storage removes it, and you start fresh as a new guest.
What: browser and device type, operating system, language setting, screen size, IP address and the approximate region it points to.
Why: to show the right layout, keep video connections working, apply regional rules and spot abuse such as mass sign-ups or bots.
Your control: these details are sent automatically by any browser. Using a different browser or network changes what we see.
What: permission to use your camera and microphone during a chat, granted through your browser.
Why: video and voice chat cannot work without it. Your picture and sound are sent to the person you are matched with.
Your control: your browser asks first, and you can block or reset the permission in its settings. Text chat works without either.
What: when a match started and ended, who was connected, whether anyone skipped, blocked or reported, and the text of chats and messages.
Why: to show conversations to both people, to stop blocked users from reaching you, and to look into reports.
Your control: you can block anyone at any time. Account deletion removes your messages from your side; records tied to reports may be kept while a case is open.
What: information you give when you create an account, plus profile details you add yourself, such as a display name, photos and a short description.
Why: so other users can recognise you, follow you and find you again, and so you can join clubs.
Your control: edit or remove profile details whenever you like, or ask us to delete the account entirely.
What: the people you follow, clubs you belong to or created, posts and comments you make, and gifts you send in streams.
Why: these features only work if the service remembers them.
Your control: unfollow, leave a club or delete your posts. Club owners can also remove posts in their club.
What: the item you bought (coins or VIP), the amount, the date and a payment reference from the payment provider. We do not receive your full card number.
Why: to deliver what you paid for, answer payment questions, keep accounting records and prevent fraud.
Your control: you decide whether to buy anything at all. The service is free to start, and purchase records stay available to you if you need help with an order.
What: the messages you send to support, your email address, and anything you attach.
Why: to answer you and keep a record of what was agreed.
Your control: only send what you want us to see. Leave out card numbers, and avoid screenshots that show other people.
What: the reason chosen, any description written, the user IDs involved, the time, and the chat records linked to that match.
Why: so the team can see what happened and decide whether a warning, a suspension or a removal is needed, and so repeat offenders can be spotted.
Your control: you choose whether to report. If you are reported, you can write to support to explain your side or to appeal a decision.
What: small files and storage entries your browser keeps for the site, such as your guest identifier, language choice and whether you have already seen a tip.
Why: without them the site would forget you on every page and ask the same questions again.
Your control: clear them in your browser settings whenever you like. You will start as a new guest, and anything tied only to the old guest session will be gone.
What: the free matches you have collected, the coins you hold, what you spent them on and when.
Why: so your balance is correct on every device you use and so we can answer if a number ever looks wrong.
Your control: your balance is visible inside the app. If it does not match what you expected, send support the date and a short description.
We do not ask for your home address, your government ID or your contacts list to use MocoSpaceCam, and we never ask for your password by email or message. If something claiming to be us asks for any of those, it is not us. Forward it to [email protected] and we will look into it.
