MocoSpaceCam Privacy Policy
This policy follows your information through a normal visit to MocoSpaceCam, in the order things happen: you open the site, start a video chat, follow someone, maybe buy coins. At each step it says what we keep, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to mocospacecam.com and to the home screen version of the site. Questions go to [email protected].

MocoSpaceCam is a video chat service at mocospacecam.com. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean the team that runs it, and "you" means anyone who uses it, whether as a guest on a first visit or as a member who has been around for months.
It covers every part of the service: random one-on-one matching by video, voice or text, the online list, profiles, follows, messages and calls started from a profile, live streams, clubs, coins, VIP and the Reward Center. The service is for people aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone younger. If you believe a minor is using the site, tell us and we will act on it.
You do not have to give us your name, email or phone number to begin. To let you start straight away, the site creates a guest session in the background. That session is a random identifier tied to your browser, along with basic technical details such as the browser type, device type, language setting, approximate region based on your IP address, and the time of your visit.
We use these details to run the service: to keep you signed in as the same guest between pages, to show the site in the right layout, to apply regional rules, and to spot abuse such as automated sign-ups. Small files stored by your browser, often called cookies or local storage, help with this. If you clear them, you start again as a new guest.
A match connects your camera and microphone to the other person so you can see and hear each other. Your browser asks for permission before the site can use either one, and you can withdraw that permission in your browser settings at any time.
We keep records about matches, such as when a chat started and ended, who was connected and whether either person skipped, blocked or reported the other. Text sent in chats and messages is stored so that conversations show up for both people and so that we can review reports. Text you type may be passed through an automatic translation service when translation is switched on.
Please remember that anything you show on camera can be seen by the person you are talking to, and no website can stop someone using a separate device or tool to capture their own screen. Share on camera only what you would be comfortable with them keeping.
Follows, messages, calls from a profile, club memberships, posts in clubs, comments in live streams and gifts are all stored as part of your account history, because the service needs them to work: your follow list has to remember who you followed, and a club has to remember who belongs to it.
If you create an account, we store what you choose to provide when signing up and what you add to your profile, such as a display name, photos and a short description. Other users can see your public profile and anything you post in clubs or comment in streams. Messages are visible to the people you send them to.
Purchases are handled by payment providers. We receive confirmation of the purchase, the item, the amount, the date and a reference we can use to look it up later. We do not receive or store your full card number.
We keep purchase records to deliver what you bought, to answer questions about a payment, to meet accounting and legal obligations, and to prevent fraud.
Selling personal information is not part of how MocoSpaceCam makes money, and we never do it. We share it only where needed to run the service or where the law requires it:
Information stays with us only while the reason we collected it still applies. Guest sessions that go unused are eventually cleared. Account details remain for as long as the account exists. Records that relate to payments, reports or rule-breaking may be kept longer where that is needed to resolve disputes, meet legal duties or stop banned users from coming back.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make sure it can no longer be linked to you.
You can edit your profile, unfollow people, leave clubs and switch off camera or microphone permissions at any time. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Local law where you live may give you extra rights on top of these, such as lodging a complaint with your data protection regulator.
To make a request, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or include your user ID. We may need to confirm it is really you before we act, which protects your account from someone else asking on your behalf.
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we will make it clear on the site. Using the service after a change means the new version applies. Anything unclear? Write to the support address above and a person will answer.
